- Insulation, Drywall, Taping (Must have min 6 boarders available at all times when boarding is required & a min of 4 full tapers when taping is required. Must also have 3 yr company track record with 3 references of work done on min 10 unit building or ample experience in commercial buildings.
- Mechanical (Must have min 3 yr company track record with 3 references of work completed on min 10 unit building or ample experience in commercial buildings)
- Plumbing (Must have min 3 yr company track record with 3 references of work completed on min 10 unit building or ample experience in commercial buildings)
- Electrical (Must have min 3 yr company track record with 3 references of work completed on min 10 unit building or ample experience in commercial buildings)
- Landscaping (Must have min 3 yr company track record with 3 references of work completed on at least 1- 20 unit multi family development)
- On-Site Supervisor (Must have at least 3 years experience as an onsite site supervisor or project manager within the construction industry. Must have oversaw and supervised a min of 30 housing units in at least one of the previous 5 years to be considered for this position
